Ein Scrum Team, im Begriff die agilen Werte und Prinzipien zu verinnerlichen, ist keine Insel-L\u00f6sung; sondern hat Schnittstellen zur Umgebung &#8211; nicht ausschlie\u00dflich technischer Art. Bedeutet einerseits, dass das Team traditionelle technische Rollen aufgibt, wie z.B. Requirements-, Configuration-, Test- und Quality-Manager. Andererseits werden in der Organisation &#8218;unbequemer Weise&#8216; administrative Rollen wegfallen. Es zeigt sich eine strukturell und personell notwendige Wandlung, welche \u00fcber die &#8218;technische Ausf\u00fchrung&#8216; einer Entwicklung nach Scrum hinausgeht. Zu erw\u00e4hnen auch die traditionellen Denkmuster der Personal-F\u00fchrung wie Mitarbeiter-Gespr\u00e4ch, individuelle Leistungs-Beurteilung und (Gehalts-) F\u00f6rderung. Ein Mitarbeiter eines Scrum Team steht gemeinsam mit und im Team. Hei\u00dft nicht mehr individuelle &#8218;human resources&#8216;, sondern das Team unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung des Scrum Framework zu sehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-6-background-color has-background\">Establishing the Scrum Framework in a development team requires even an adaptation of the organisation. Applying Scrum values and principles by the Scrum team, they do not stand alone in an organisation but rather variously interact with parties around. This results in abandoning traditional assignments of Requirements-, Configuration-, Test- and Quality-Manager for the team. The organisation in contrary will have to eliminate administration assignments. As further outcome the organisation has to tackle with organisational as well as personal transformation, which go beyond a &#8218;technical implementation&#8216; of Scrum. Worth to mention, to overcome traditional thinking pattern of personnel management, like appraisal interview, individual performance assessment and wage adjustment.
