Die Qualität eines Produktes/Service reflektiert deren Entwicklung – im Detail das Know-how in Form von Mitarbeitern, Strategien und Techniken. Nebenbei offenbart diese „Miss-“ Verständnisse der Entwicklung hinsichtlich Eigenschaften des Produktes/Service. Gründe hierfür können im Mangel an direkter, sachlicher sowie zielorientierter Kommunikation und daraus resultierender Dokumentation liegen. Dokumentation in Form von Aufzeichnungen, welche im Sinne der Sache umfänglich, verständlich, aktuell, eindeutig sowie greifbar sein sollten. Aufzeichnungen somit hilfreich und favorisiert für betreffende Personen der Entwicklung. Diese Dokumentation letztendlich einer ISO-Zertifikation genügend zu führen, wäre das ultimative Ziel.
Die Realität reflektiert „Zertifikations-Aufzeichnungen“ einerseits sowie „Entwicklungs-Niederschriften“ andererseits – sozusagen Parallelwelten. Diese Welten, historisch gewachsen und gedanklich verankert aus einem „Zertifikations-Kult“, gilt es zu vereinen; durch beschriebene Qualität an Dokumentation der Produkte/Service-Entwicklung.

A product/service quality is characterized by development, comprising employees expertise as well as development’s strategies and techniques. Moreover, it may reveal development’s potential disproportion in the premises of the products/services intended usage; possibly caused by lack of straight, objective and effective communication, and their resulting documentation. Documentation in a manner of records to be kept appropriately, comprehensibly, updated, none-ambiguous and on-hand. Records consequently beneficial as well as favourable for development’s staff. Maintaining these documentation the way to sufficiently comply with an ISO certification would be the ultimate goal to achieve.
Objectively it often shows a two-fold world; certification documentation on the one hand and development records on the other. These perspectives historically and mentally fostered need to be associated – by product/service development documentation quality as described.
